Her work is underpinned by an unstoppable drive to solve the problem and take exceptional care of her clients along the way.

Belgin brings a solid track record in the fields of insolvency and restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. She has acted as the centerpiece in multiple large transactions. Most recently, as an in-house counsel she was a leading deal manager, well known for her sound risk assessment, outstanding organizational skills and commercial savvy.

Belgin gained her Masters in Law at the Vrije University of Amsterdam and completed a post-graduate qualification in insolvency law at the Grotius Academy.

Belgin Renkers-Is has registered the following principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):

-Insolvency law (insolventierecht)

Based on this registration, he/she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
